If the money was in another location prior to where it was found could the money still float, or can we suggest the money was that close to where the distance, or depth wasn't an issue. was it ever in the river? what I'm getting at is could the money maintain buoyancy after being subject to weather, and repeat soaking over several the years?

I have a map that gauges the river depths from 2008. I put some of the depths right off the coastline showing the different levels. I find it hard for the money to rise above these levels during a flood on there own?

where are the points that these depths refer to?
above or below the numbers, left or right of the numbers, inside the numbers ???

whatever chart you're working with can't you just take a screen shot of the region of interest?

You should have them. I believe I sent them to you. they were the ones you could see very well that I posted months ago....

Ogay, will scrape a dig, praw and plow ... Ill find it .... somehow. Maybe.  ;D

That is the best and only video on debris collection at Tina Bar, to date!

He says himself that the video will bolster believers in the flow theory _ and it does.

What a character!   ;)

SAVE THAT VIDEO!

I was impressed with this video. the rest of his thoughts and findings are entirely off the wall, but he did a good job on this one.

"Con air trails" he seems to be mixing a movie in with the term Contrail.... ;D

He says Tina Bar is a special collection point (is it?):  he points to current flowing 'this-a-way', and prevailing crosswinds coming from (waves his arm) 'that-a-way'. Is it true? Is Tina Bar a special collection point and why?

At T_Bar the river flows south to north. He seems to wave his arm to the left saying winds comes the west? That's a wide flowing body of water there. Almost like a flowing bay or lake... but things collect on Tina Bar, somehow. Are things actually diverted over, to the east, in that large flowing body of water, to collect on Tina Bar?

Weird you want - weird you get.

 ;D

How would the water know the difference from logs, or man made debris?

It wouldn't. But do things actually divert over on to Tina Bar, as he claims?

A quick look at Caterpillar Island shows debris on it as well?

Yes. imho winds would play a small role compared to current, for this whole area. Im no hydrologist but I think it has more to do with geography and pressure-flow patterns (zones) in the river, than with anything else. There is some serious debris and large trees that wind up on Caterpillar Isle and Tina Bar and there is some hydrological reason for it winding up on this shorelines...

I tried to talk to Amazon about this but got nowhere. As crazy as Paul is he comes the closest so far of seeing the central issue and the problem. Funny!  ;)

Paul mentions tennis balls being let go at the Washougal and winding up on Tina Bar - as if T-Bar is a target for some hydrological reason ........... JT made the same claim and said he had done this, but never could explain why.

Tide may play a role in this but Im guessing there is a stronger prevailing reason which has to do with current patterns and pressure zones in the Catepillar Island/Tina Bar (lagoon)?

I agree, for the first time I can hear the honesty in his voice. he also states he doesn't really know either, so I'm not going to knock him for this video. he believes Kenny put the money there anyway....

That's the thing about Paul that gets me! He spends a lot of time breaking things down looking for logical associations and causative connections ... then turns right around and doesn't follow the very logic and physics he has just articulated.  He really digs for answers _ but then ignores them! I have always liked Paul for that reason! Funny/maddening!  ;) ;) ;)

archive this - excellent. is there part II where he is at the Ingram find? Is there a url for this?

Again he talks about winds from the Oregon side and some 'eddy' that he says feeds the Ingram find site? He is very aware of hydrology ... he is also searching for where the plane might have come over?

He says he's talked to Ingram and Carr?  Has he talked to Tom? He said on DZ he had talked to Eng?

How in blazes does he link Kenny o to this!????  :(

post the url for these ???

this is superb material!  I wish we had had this in 2008!

He is the first person ever to try and nail down currents and winds in this area. ! He mentions old trees still standing. etc etc etc!  He knows this area very well. Where was he in 2009 and why wasn't he with Tom and Ingram and Carr in 2009?

He definately has a different story about the Ingrams and the money find - after talking to the Ingrams?
