Norjak witnesses said the original Cooper sketch was poor. It was updated and the updated one is an excellent match for Hahenman..

FBI files, Section 28, Page 165 states updated version no longer represents DBC and that original was better.

It isn't clear which image they are referring to on p 166, (it may be an unpublished image)

if you read p 167+,,

"After being shown artist Conception B, stewardess ______ advised that she considered it to be a excellent likeness of the UNSUB and a very positive improvement over the previous conception."

There is another reference somewhere...

So William H. Hahneman Jr would have been 44 at the time of Flight 305.

Interesting, I guess.

Interesting that he worked in some kind of tech also? The RCA info is interesting.

There were brothers

William H. is the younger brother b 1927

Frederick William born 1922..

I don't believe that is referring to the suspect B sketch... probably an unpublished sketch

Many docs show witnesses say it (suspect B) sketch was good or excellent. Better than original.

is it Pennsylvania?

yeah. I'm just pursuing the suggestion earlier here that maybe it was Frederick's brother WIlliam.

Okay this is new info that 377 will love
The RCA BMEWS that William H. Hahneman reported on his arrival card from Thule, Greenland to Newark NJ (above)

RCA BMEWS is the acronym for RCA Corporation's Ballistic Missile Early Warning System situated in the Alaskan frontiers (and elsewhere?) to detect Soviet Missile nuclear attacks.

Thule Greenland: they had an installation that was part of it.

So the brother was a serious tech guy too?

The network of 12 radars, which was constructed beginning in 1958 and became operational in 1961, was for detecting "a mass ballistic missile attack launched on northern approaches [for] 15 to 25 minutes' warning time" also provided Project Space Track satellite data (e.g., about 1/4 of SPADATS observations).

Ten foot high vacuum tubes were used in Thule, Greenland. Interesting talk about radomes (remember Yttrium and radomes)

RCA AN/FPS-49 Radar Set, a five-horn monopulse tracker (e.g., 3 at Site III) and FPS-49A variant (different radome) at Thule ("vacuum tubes 10 feet tall [in] transmitter buildings [are] used to warm" the site.)

A lot of other RCA equipment noted at that wikipedia entry.
for instance:
RCA Communications Data Processor (CDP), as used in the Western Electric Air Force Communications Network (AF DATACOM) of AUTODIN

Four AN/FPS-50 detection reflectors at Thule Site J. The concrete foundation included a large refrigeration system to prevent the curing concrete's heat from melting Permafrost.

The northernmost station of the Solid State Phased Array Radar System, the military installation was built as the 1st site of the RCA 474L Ballistic Missile Early Warning System and had 5 of 12 BMEWS radars.

Constructdion begin in 1958.

On the same date as the BMEWS Central Computer and Display Facility in the US Zone of the Interior, "at midnight on 30 September 1960 ["BMEWS Site I"] achieved initial operational capability", and a "shakedown" period followed which used the simplex MIP and voice transmission of data to the Colorado Springs' CC&DF.

False alarm
On October 5, 1960, when Khrushchev was in New York, radar returns during moonrise at Thule produced a false alarm (on January 20, 1961, CINCNORAD approved 2-second FPS-50 frequency hopping to eliminate reception of echoes beyond artificial satellite orbits.)

Found Wiliam Henry Hahneman's death abroad.

In San Pedro Sula, Honduras Feb 3 1969
US Passport Z-487086 issued at San Pedro Sula, Honduras, March 21, 1966, cancelled and forwarded to mother.

Honorably discharged Army of US 6-30-49 Corporal  Air Force, AF 18  299 580

Social Security Number 439 44 0440

Signed by Vice Consul of USA (Honduras)

Heart Attack.

Age 41. Last known Address in USA was 145 James St. Easton PA
(that's where Frederick lived)

Seems like they didn't know his birthday correctly...was born Aug. 5, 1927 in Puerto Cortes, Honduras
so he would have been a 42, not 41.

Occupation: Radio Technician

Mother: Dela Pastora Ordonez
Sister: Pastora de Alvarez

So that question is answered 100%

William H. Hahneman was not Cooper
death in 1969 in Honduras. Heart attack.

Apparently buried in Cementerio General, San Pedro Sula, Honduras.

Not necessarily 100%, researching the older brother I suspected they may have shared ID's...

US Reps in Honduras claimed in 1972 F W Hahneman (not W H Hahneman) said he had worked on the Dew Line and Ascension Islands.. that matches the "RCA Service" locations..  weird.

Was the older brother travelling on his younger brothers passport?

Honduras was corrupt and sketchy, could have been a faked death scam,,,

Why use his older brother's US address? the older brother was never there, just his wife and kids.

Something is fishy, can't figure it out yet.  In 1972 Hahneman's cousin called him "Bill". Did one assume the other's identity?
