There's a photo here but it doesn't specify which one is supposedly Cooper and which is the author. My assumption would be Cooper is on the left but the photo from the other page on the site suggests Cooper might actually be the one on the right.

By the way, they probably should have finished the website before launching the book and holding a press conference haha. C'mon.

My first red flag:

Reca is quoted as saying "I ain't done no planning."

That doesn't sound like the well-spoken guy Cooper was said to be.

Haha yeah I noticed that they made sure to finish the merchandise part of the website even though the rest of it remains incomplete! The funny part is that the book ($18) is one of the cheapest items in the shop! hahaha

Although I must admit, that luggage tag that looks like the Cooper plane ticket is pretty cool.

My question to the rest of the forum....if you figured out who DB Cooper was,  would you go for a book/marketing blitz or just tell law enforcement?  My experience has been the more PR is used, the less substance there is.

Robert Blevins is doing the samething...apparently, a motion picture is how you solve unsolved crimes now and believe a couple people in a bar hold the secret to the FBI's conclusion...
