In 2011 Robert says this on his top 12 reasons....

1969: Kenny moves from Renton to Sumner, Washington into apartment J-3 at the Rainier View Apartments. It is a low-end apartment and the rent is about $90 a month. Bernie is laid off (or quits, we are not sure) during the huge layoffs Boeing did that year. He finds a job working as a mechanic for Foss Tugs in Seattle. This ends up being the place he works until he retires.

The "low-end apartment" is fishy. the apartments were pretty new. he had several years to stock pile money it seems to me for a down payment on a house. here we also have a memory problem. seems they can remember a toupee being worn prior to November 24, 1971, but can't remember if they were laid off, or quit?

1970: Bernie's sister Dawn, who lives in Minnesota, gets a divorce and moves her four children to Bonney Lake, WA. She moves in with Bernie and Margaret. She is introduced to Kenny and he sometimes drops by to play cards with the three of them, or with Margaret and some of her friends. Dawn testifies later that Kenny sometimes wore a toupee, and that he told people the airline paid him very well, even though everyone knew this was not true.

The only records that surface of the Geestmans in Bonney lake is a document for power of attorney in reference to Elva Geestman. no proof of them living there under there own name can be found. Elva could possibly be the mother, I don't know. the only one with records living there is Dawn.

I continue to believe that these witnesses were aware that KC had been put forth as a suspect before Blevins interviewed them. If these folks were as close to Kenny as they claim, I don't see how they didn't know. The Mayor of Bonney Lake knew, so it isn't like word of the Grey article never made it Out of New York. I can't believe they didn't hear of this, if they were as close to Kenny as we are told. This was from 2007, two years before RMB came into the KC story. I don't see how they could not have known.

according to Robert, Dawn divorced and moved from Minnesota in 1970. now, according to Robert again, Dawn is single. I found a mortgage document dated 1983 with a Dawn j Androsko, and Richard L Androsko. how could this be if she divorced him, or was single prior to coming to Bonney lake in 1970?

download PDF below....

the video is damaging if you ask me. the owners claim they think they know where the kitchen was. Robert claims Rattenbury knew exactly where everything was, or seen the countertop. then it states property records for the house valued at $14,000, not $16,500, or $14,500. nothing about a cash purchase. Lyle again seems to be the source of " too many things point to him" and again, he is flipping through channels and spots the sketch. I find it extremely odd that he never seen a sketch of Cooper with his close brother working there at the time of the crime, and living in the area. it's pure bullshit.

Someone has made up the story about the $5,000 loan. documents with Richard L Androsko can be found going back to 1973. Dawn was not single during this period. her name wouldn't be Androsko. the caged tigers have become restless, and have escaped.

I suppose it's possible that Richard L. Androsko was Dawn's second husband and he adopted her children.

Interesting....There are a few Androsko's that live near me.  Hmmmmmm.

Yes, but her name wouldn't be Androsko in 1972 if she wasn't already married to him......she was single remember?

Do we know her name was Androsko in 1972?  I don't think anyone is claiming that.  And, we know Robert didn't check any financial transactions.

Besides, he thought her name was "Andrusko".

If she was single in 1972 how could her name still be Androsko? she must of been married to him. there are two marriage records with her name. smokin99 could find them with the dates. I don't know why he put her name down incorrectly in the beginning. I found her real name while looking up Geestman last year.
