LMNO is the name of the production company that has filmed me, the Formans, Tom Kaye, and Dona Elliott (and presumably a ton of others) as part of their "retrospective" on DB Cooper.

I guess I mixed up the fact that another production company, Atlas Media, had made an outreach here asking for Cooperites to come forward and proclaim their glory. I figured everyone knew.

What do the letters L M N O stand for?

Seems to be this...

Established in 1989, as a small, independent television production company, LMNO (Leave My Name Off) Productions has become a full-service studio with 150 employees and over 600 programs and 50 different series to its credit. Headed by Emmy award-winning President and CEO, Eric Schotz, LMNO is one of the foremost providers of reality, documentary, informational and entertainment programming for network, cable and syndicated television.

Here is their website.

I can tell you that Bill Mitchell was interviewed in Portland. I was interviewed in Seattle in a hotel room near the airport.

Sounds like we need to put Bobby into the LMNO mix. He's sent me a ton 'o emails today about their project and his concerns about what we say here. He feels our "family chats" will jinx the project somehow, so I assuming he's part of the show, too. Sigh.

Who cares about what "Bobby" thinks, or says?

He personally attacks you throughout his forum, and allows his moderator to do the same.

Sounds like he has problems with the truth. how could we "jinx" anything?

Newsflash, Kenny is too short, he doesn't fit the description what so ever. as the FBI states.

"The physical description I provided is a reported fact. No matter how much you would like to change it you simply can't throw it out and replace it with theoretical fact so it fits your suspect. If you do, your investigation is doomed to fail."

Agent Larry Carr from the FBI.

"He's not a viable suspect"

I skipped through his podcast. I found it interesting that he took Jo's theory about the money being tossed in the river in a paper bag. he doesn't believe 3 bundles can land in the same spot, but believes it could with a paper bag? the bag would sink just like the money. how did it get off the bottom?

How much more do you need? he has been supplying the FBI information for years, and he's got ZIP. he can only jinx himself.

Strike up the one-man band!

La three bundolas, la three bundolas
Ya no puede caminar.
Porque no tiene, porque le falta,
Dinero para gastar.
Una 3 bundolas pinta,
Le dijo a una colorada,
"Vamonos para mi tierra,
A pasar la temporada
in a paper bag"

If an Internet forum, especially a relatively peaceful one such as this, is enough to jinx the project, then it wasn't going to get very far anyway.

Dona Update

I've received a couple of phone calls and emails asking if the shin-dig is on or off this year in Ariel. It's off.

Along those lines, I also did a commemorative piece on Dona at the Mountain News. It also has a few pix that haven't been shown too widely.

I miss her. Funny; I took EVRYTHING she said with a ton of salt, but she always stuck to her guns no matter what, and it was a damn good party - I wish Bryan had not canceled it, even if it had to be scaled back. Hell, half of it was out in the street anyway.
