I just found out you are not suppose to look at profiles on the DZ (according to Blevins)

When I go to the DZ through my shortcut it starts where the thread left off. Robert's name is at the top so naturally, I click on his profile to go to the most recent page. he sent me a threatening PM telling me to stop looking at his PUBLIC profile. he's also is upset another member looked at his profile today lol. this is coming from a guy who intrudes daily on this forum using a proxy server...

I regretfully report, that SA Ralph Himmelsbach passed away at his home yesterday afternoon. A news release is pending. The family asks for privacy but now it is official. Family is in touch with many of the people Ralph worked with and support for the family is solid. Ralph was 97 years old.

WOW. 97? Really? I thought he was in his late 80s when I interviewed him back... oh, it must have been 2011. That's 8 years. Yeah....

Ralph was a good man. it appears he lived a long and fruitful life and I'm sure his family is proud of him for his accomplishments in life. perhaps something could be put together too send to the family to express our condolences and thanks for everything he has done surrounding this case and as an agent for the FBI. his dedication in solving the case is well documented and respected...

Doug Perry and the Oregonian had a long credible history with Ralph and the case, were there at every turn. Im kind of glad this falls in Doug's lap.  He will do a good job.
