The FBI obviously didn't believe Sheridan's Nepal alibi. Otherwise they would not have SUBSEQUENTLY sent two SA's to obtain a DNA sample.
The fact that they sought the DNA of a BLUE EYED suspect tells you the FBI is not 100% certain about DBC's eye color.
So if Sheridan lied about his daughter's birth date, it didn't make a bit of difference to the FBI.
After getting the DNA, the FBI had no further interest in Sheridan. That tells me he was ruled out on DNA.
Might the FBI be wrong about the tie containing a partial sample of Cooper's DNA? Yes, its possible. They may not have Cooper's DNA.
Sheridan, by his OWN ADMISSION was a great suspect. "EVERYTHING POINTED TO ME... EVERYTHING" he said in the History Channel interview.
If Sheridan were indicted, and he chose me to represent him, I could beat the case.
There isn't a shred of evidence that puts him on the plane or even in the US on the date of the crime.
The FBI's careless handling and loss of critical (and possibly exculpatory) evidence would support a motion to dismiss.
Could he have pulled off such a crime? ABSOLUTELY, he had all the skills.
Did he?
There is no proof that he did.
The circumstantial evidence pointing to him falls far short of what is needed to secure a conviction.
The Vortex swirls in a sea of ambiguity and frustration. Those caught in its spiral grasp for rocks, anything solid and fixed to hold onto, but there are none.
Welcome to Cooperland. Abandon hope all ye who enter here.
