Meyer Louie is coming back. He was out on the Rez, and now he's moving back to OlyWA, and seems to be interested once again in DBC. I've encouraged him to join this party!

Would be good to have Meyer back.

What ever happened to Jerry?

Farflung is the one I worry about and hugely miss. Reread some of his dry humor dropzone posts. PRICELESS. Smart as hell and funny as hell, great combo.

Snow is alive and doing well, but I doubt we will ever see him back in the Vortex. Hope I am wrong.

Wish Sluggo would check in once in a while.

Safecrackin PLF was fun too. He did an elaborate washdown hydrology presentation on YouTube.

Ahhh, reminiscing.

I thoroughly enjoyed PLF. Snows posts were great also. Wish both would show up here.

Here we have a article out of Boulder City, NV.

Gregory Hall, a retired FBI special agent and former Army paratrooper recently sent his perspective concerning the qualifications of Cooper to the FBI to review before he brought the information to the public.

You are entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts.

I read that today too. Funny how he never mentions the Ingram money being found. Minor detail.  Also, going back into the woods the day after to retrieve the money after hiding it just hours before? Really?

The old jump before landing trick, I've seen it a thousand times  :)) :)) :)) :))

Did he use the chute cord to manipulate the pressure bump?

The notion of DB Cooper being military is growing. Rackstraw, Braden, and now Greg Hall's perspective.

Plus, we've got Petey - and his scary laugh. Oh, Gawd...

" creating a diversion by faking the parachute jump"

Now, not that I believe the theory, but I have mentioned in the past about Cooper using the cord to pull up on the door. he had almost 80 feet, I believe...did he think that far ahead? then he could land safely in Reno at a much lower altitude prior to the plane approaching the airport? now, he would be dressed for the occasion  O0 O0 O0

This guy misses a lot of details...nothing about the pressure bump, he speak's about the D rings that were not on the chutes and as the other member pointed out, nothing about Tena bar....

Sitting on a bouncing aft stairs for two hours is not my idea of a good time. Pulling the stairs up until Reno, and awaiting a low-level jump in Nevada in relative comfort. Now, that's bold.

Counters any attempts by Rataczak to veer off to the ocean. Hmmmm....

He missed all the Boeing tests on the 727, too. Yo, Greg - check out Moses Lake!

He wouldn't have to stay on the stairs? it's an illusion he was creating....it was something I had mentioned in the past, but never pushed the idea, or believed it...just a thought....
