I received an interesting email yesterday from Bryan Woodruff. To begin, he was very conciliatory, which was a joy to behold. But he asked me an interesting question: basically, what is wrong with Bobby B? Bryan asked me to explain why there is so much tension between the members of this Forum and Blevs, and me and Sir Robert. I struggled to find words, but said, in essence, that Bobby has psychological issues that overwhelm his better judgment and emerging journalistic skills.

I also told Bryan that I strongly suspected that Blevs had been writing emails in his name - to me, certainly - and that in a way his identity had been hijacked.

Bryan invited me to come to Ariel, so apparently I won't have to be smuggled into any BBQs in the near future. Whew. So rest easy P-Vol, we can show up as our beautiful true selves!

Maybe we can start a new DB Cooper tradition of mud-wrestling between media folks! Wouldn't you want to see me go up against certain Hollywood types? Winner gets to shove a NDA up somebody's ass... or at least a pie in the face (or cake...). But I wouldn't have the heart to go up against Bobby.

Anybody figure out how to watch the show if one doesn't have cable TV?

HC and LMNO have been unresponsive to my requests for information/guidance on how to see the show w/o cable.

There is a lot of live links, but you have to sign up, and then watch out for Mr. virus. I've been looking for one that will work. I'll take another shot tonite....

Check your local bars and see if you can find a Cooper buff bartender that has cable.  If that doesn't work, check your local laundromats.  Next, turn on your charm and see if you can get yourself picked up by a woman who has cable.  Finally, are there any cat houses nearby that have cable?

Glad to hear that Bruce.  So much of the story with Bryan's animosity to this forum didn't make sense.  The supposed email to you seemed way over the top.  Then, Bryan's post on Robert B.'s site seemed like there was a whole other story we didn't know about.  I'm glad he reached out to you.  All of us on this forum have consistently wished him the best of luck.

As far as the what is the issue with this forum and Robert, that was all done in open conversation.  Anyone with enough time on their hands can read DZ and get the picture.  No sense in repeating it all here.

Again, the whole thing is sad. why he has to act in the manor he does has boggled my mind for years. he has so much anger, and spite, delusions, and rants it's amazing to believe he's been doing this since 2014? I think he actually believes the things he states. Bryan needs to realized this is not good for anyone. what bryan is trying to accomplish is not the same as Roberts agenda.

He pushed to hard this time causing suspicion. it appears once again he tried to take control without permission, and now he's going to pay for it. how can you feel sorry for someone like that? he's been spinning out of control for some time now.

He didn't even have the balls to publicly reply to Bryan's post. just left it there, too scared to remove it...

Perhaps it's time for the grownups to finally take over and give this guy the support he needs to get up and running....

I'm still trying to resolve the page refresh issue. it appears that you need to refresh the page each time you switch a page. it's a glitch I'm having trouble locating. I realize it's rather annoying, but hopefully, I can get it resolved soon.

Post edit. I found the same problem when trying to edit a post. I click on modify, and then refresh prior to making any edit...

I might have to change the theme/background. most of the themes are third party and tend to conflict with SMF/Simple Machine Forum.
