The R99 Hypothesis is that Cooper changed his state of existence permanently about 8:15 PM PST on the date of the jump. And he won't be back.
A bold statement, R99, but sadly, science does not support your conclusion. That's the funny thing about quantum physics - I find it compels us to always be in a state of wonder and possibility. The fact that science precludes us from having certainty is the Ultimate Inconvenient Truth.
The Bigger Question is how do people live who require absolute certainty in their life. Their lives are really just quixotic quests of epic proportions.
Taken in a Larger Context, then, all of life is actually one really big Norjak investigation. Try as we might to escape or cancel them from our lives, there is a certain, absolute probability that Jo Weber and Bobby Blevins will appear in our reality, yet again. Whew.
And we haven't even begun to talk about Quantum Entanglement....which will begin to address the frequency and impacts of their appearance. Said another way: how often they will drive us crazy and to what degree. Hence, we have some of the scientific underpinings of the Cooper Vortex.
