Correct, even the traffic controllers didn't really tell them in time with the altitude. it was the last seconds they realized they were too low striking the ground with the wing first. what do you think about the sightings on the planes that had 401's parts?

23.41:31   CAM-4   Wheel-well lights on?
    CAM-3   Pardon?
    CAM-4   Wheel-well lights on?
CAM-3   Yeah wheel well lights always on if the gear's down
    CAM-1   Now try it
23.41:40   APP   Eastern, ah 401 how are things comin' along out there?
23.41:44   RDO-1   Okay, we'd like to turn around and come, come back in
    CAM-1   Clear on left?
    CAM-2   Okay
23.41:47   APP   Eastern 401 turn left heading one eight zero
23.41:50   CAM-1   Huh?
23.41:51   RDO-1   One eighty
23.42:05   CAM-2   We did something to the altitude
    CAM-1   What?
23.42:07   CAM-2   We're still at two thousand right?
23.42:09   CAM-1   Hey, what's happening here?
    CAM   [Sound of click]
23.42:10   CAM   [Sound of six beeps similar to radio altimeter increasing in rate]
23.42:12       [Sound of impact]

The crash site is also very close to the Valuejet that drilled into the Glades further north close to the same levee as 401. pieces of 401 are still out there......it's about a 20 minute drive from my house...

Photo was taken in 2009

I love the idea of the Ghosts of 401 - of apparitions of deceased crew members from 401 appearing on L-1011s that utilized salvaged parts from 401. I understand that Eastern had to yank them all out after many reported sightings.

It suggest quantum entanglement, eh? Once we get remote viewing down pat we can explore these kinds of issues quite convincingly.

How much of it can we really believe? I believe the pressure made Eastern take the parts off the planes. they also threatened the employee's if they came forward. some of the passengers who didn't know the crew Id'd them though?

Recycle, reuse, reduce....

China?  Does 401 live on as a TV set?

Thanks Georger, and Mark. I appreciate the kind words. just remember, it takes more than me to make this all happen. you guys are just as much a part of it's continuation of becoming the best source for researching DB Cooper (Forum Wise) possible. it's not just me. you all have the key to keep it going.

The site is steadily improving as each day passes. I want people to feel at home here. there voices heard when they speak out about this forum, or ask a simple question about the case. I value each and every one of you, and hope you all continue to help put some reason into this cluster of a case about DB Cooper  :)

Let it snow, let it snow.....let it snow. I hope the snow is showing up out there  ;D ;D

It appears the site was having issues loading. Georger sent me an email about the problem. I notified the server, and it appears the problem has been resolved. I hope.

Sorry if it caused anyone any trouble...

I don't think he has ever typed codes before, so he might not be up to RMB's standards  ;D
I haven't heard any giggles from him either. it's not looking good for him to meet those high standards  8)
Sorry, I just read this...

I'm not a coder, per se. But I can understand it more than I can write it. LOL

Shutter, Flyjack from DZ says he can't access this site for some reason. You may want to check into it. I enjoyed his posts at DZ when he was posting a few months back. Seems pretty solid.

Thanks, I sent him a PM over at DZ. he probably got zapped. I'm being attacked from Canada, and China big time. I've seen over 75 spammers trying to join in the last couple weeks. they can't get in, but I zap them. I have ways to show they are spammers, but sometimes it's wrong. NMIwrecks got caught up in it as well. it's not easy trying to keep things safe here.
