CRIME UPDATE.

What's more funny is the hell they put me through with evidence that didn't match me what so ever, but they were ready to go to trial?

GOD BLESS AMERICA?

As an added bonus, the United States has the largest prison population in the world.  Too bad these crooks weren't found with a little bag of weed on them, they might have gotten a decade behind bars.  :o

The imprisonment of thousands for marijuana crimes is just absurd. Such a waste of tax money. Some of the fed sentences are quite lengthy.

The school and police didn’t stop an eminent threat. They didn’t thwart a deadly plot. All they did was arrest and suspend a kid for completing a class assignment.

That's their job, Shut. Keeping the social order intact is the primary mission of law enforcement, not fighting crime or arresting actual criminals. You are a primary example of that.

The student is a "boat-rocking" kind of kid. Knocking him back down, flagging his personal file for life, keeping the power-mongers happy on the School Board and down at the mayor's office is what is really important here. Hopefully, the kid and his mom got a wake-up call about how things really work in America (and everywhere else.)

Perhaps one day when he's older, he can join us in the Hunt for DB Cooper....

I think our current discussion about the crimes Shut has experienced are helpful to better understand the context of what has occurred in the investigation of DB Cooper.

The Boys in Blue (and girls, too) in Broward - actually brown - and down in Dade County are more akin to the FBI than they are different. Sure, the feds are better trained and probably smarter, since a lot of special agents not only have college degrees but went to law school, but the over-arching draw of being a cop I think transcends educational levels. Basically, all cops think that their shit don't stink. It leads to hubris, sloth, and sloppy police work. The Broward County sheriff detective doesn't know where the stolen property is, and doesn't seemed particular concerned, either. Similarly, Larry Carr espoused the Propeller Theory on national TV, and then never apologized for being stupid - not even at the DZ. Or Curtis Eng let his office anoint LD Cooper as the "most promising" suspect even though he didn't have a stitch of evidence - not a fingerprint or DNA sample to match anything.

Duh.

Shut down the forum!  DB Cooper has been found.  I was standing at the checkout of the grocery and "The Globe" discovered he was living like royalty ("Cooper Royalty") in Nepal.

I didn't pay for the magazine.  I just read it in line.  There is no real evidence in the article.  I thought Nepal was interesting because Peterson had been there.  Cooper also says he threw a couple of bundles every three minutes.

Here is a link to an article about it:

DB Cooper in Nepal

Here's the piece from the London, UK Globe.

"It’s (believing conspiratorial reports) a philosophy evident in the Globe's “world exclusive” interview with fugitive jet hijacker D. B. Cooper, missing for 44 years since he parachuted from a plane over Oregon with $200,000 in ransom money. The Globe interviews “Cooper,” now calling himself Alex and living “like royalty” in remote Nepal, which presumably means he’s trying to get British agents to inject his wife with poison. At the conclusion of its three-page report, the Globe acknowledges that there have been numerous people claiming to be Cooper through the years, but “Alex insists he’s the real deal.”

"Well, if that’s good enough for the Globe, that’s good enough for me. Alex wouldn’t be lying, would he?"

Oddly, Sail, 377 and I have been talking about Petey and Nepal a bunch these days, and how we can corroborate what Petey was doing and where he was doing it.

Wait!  I can see it now!

Petey wasn't DB Cooper, but he hired and trained DB Cooper!  In Nepal!  It all fits now.

Now, if Northwest Orient Airlines flew to Nepal around that time, we can tie Kenny Christianson into it and we can tie a nice bow around the whole thing!

 ;D ;D ;D

If it is, he spent some time setting this up.  Peter Sheridan has several articles posted about politics and entertainment on that site.

That being said, I can't find any mention of him on LinkedIn, so you never know.

Robert and MikeJ are obviously the same person. MikeJ always asks something that gives Robert the opportunity to say what he wants to say without just coming out and saying it. Some of his questions are very convenient. Pretty obvious who MikeJ is.

Pretty sad...

I wonder if Unsolved Crimes is based out of China  ;D ;D ;D they monitor the internet over there just like Bobby does.  ;D the minute he opened that forum his true identity was revealed. not that we didn't already know, but it's shinning extremely bright now.

Tina Update

Tina Mucklow is no longer living in Springfield. She didn't move far, and I learned of her change in a strange way. A young fellow named Matthew had contacted me a few weeks ago seeking her whereabouts so that he could get an autograph from her. I told him that I do not give out the addresses of Norjak folks to people that I don't know, but I suggested that he send me whatever he would like Tina to receive and I would forward it on to her.

Matthew sent me a letter, which I sent on to Tina, and he called he a couple of days ago to say that the letter had come back to him via his hand-written return address with a "forward to sender" notice on the envelope. Also posted was the new address. Matthew called me to see what was up, and I congratulated him on being at the "head of the parade" of those of us who keep tabs on this elusive witness.
