I disagree, I think if a picture was shown to the stews that was Cooper all the memories would come back. I didn't see my yearbook for almost two decades (8,9th grade) and recalled some of them over the years but couldn't really remember many of them until I seen the yearbook years later. it will jolt the memory..

I still believe a gasp of air will come out before they say, that's him...

Three enormous differences SHUTTER:

1) You attended school with these kids for years---not five hours.

2) Cooper wore sunglasses the entire time.

3) Your experience was "almost two decades." This has been half a century.

My opinion: no way in hell she recognizes him or his voice.

Some I wasn't really friends with and some were only in some classes that made me remember them. this was a traumatic event. Flo, is one I believe would notice him since it bothered her for years..I believe it's still in there minds and would come out if a picture was shown.

The brain plays tricks on you when you try to remember. once you are told something or shown a picture you get the recall.

You give opinions no different than mine. that's all they are..

You want me to remember the guy next door 50 years ago? I haven't much memory of that but would if a picture was shown.
Actually, that wouldn't work due to my age. we have to use 40 years...lol

When I was 10 or 11 years old I was at a friends house waiting in the front yard for him to finish supper. he came out and told me to come inside. I went in and minutes later his mom and dad were fighting and she had a gun. she pointed it at him and the older bother tried to grab the gun but it went off. the hammer broke the skin between his thumb and finger. I didn't know the older brother but if I see a picture of him I will remember. he wore glasses is all I can recall now. I still see the blood on his glasses but don't recall any features. I remember seeing the bullet in a pill bottle. she killed him and wasn't charged but they moved away before the year was over. you can forget but memory can be triggered..

FROM The Cooper Vortex THREAD:

"So has Tina Mucklow been shown pics and heard Sheridan's voice?  That could be telling.  I just wonder if you all realize how big of a piece to the puzzle Tina is?  It sure does not seem that way with what i read here.  She was the star witness in this case!! She spent five damn hours with him!!!!!  Get a sound bite of his voice on tape and try and get her to listen to it.  If he was Cooper, it should ring a bell.
So what did they cover with Mucklow in the 2016 interview?  I have never heard it?  Was she asked about the main suspects?  Sheridan?"

I think it's important to remember that it has been 50 years. Additionally, that Cooper was on the scene only about 8 hours. And that Cooper covered his appearance to the degree that he wore sunglasses.

My point is that I do not believe there is any value in Tina or any other witness attempting to identify Cooper based upon an old image or modern day voice recording. It has simply been too long. People have lives, indeed very full lives, that they have lived over the last 50 years. 50 years is a long time. 50 years is too long a time to remember with any measurable degree of certainty whether some guy was Cooper based upon a photo or voice recording.

The case has to be approached differently.

Tina - don't listen to Eric Ulis. Please know that I'll believe you! Whatever you remember, whatever you say....

It's not just me. Tina herself stated a few years into the investigation that she no longer thought she could recognize Cooper.

2) Cooper wore sunglasses the entire time.

I don’t believe this is accurate. Cooper did not have glasses on when he boarded the plane and did not put on sunglasses until the hijacking was underway.

That was how the flight attendants were able to identify Cooper’s eyes as brown.

Cooper donned sunglasses during the initial skyjacking process--very early on. They do not know what color Cooper's eyes were.

Fairly certain that the FBI would disagree with your assessment.

Two facts:

1) The FBI description states DBC's eye color as "possibly brown."

2) The FBI gathered a DNA sample from Sheridan Peterson who has blue eyes...why if Cooper has brown eyes?

What's odd is Florence states he put the sunglasses on while putting the back chute on....Tina said he had them on the entire time..

I suspect they were not on at the time he ordered his drink from Flo. However, by the time the note was handed off--the skyjacking was underway--they were on and stayed on.

His brown eye color is a detail as ubiquitous in this case as it is mundane. It isn’t even worth arguing about.

Still and all, “possibly brown” and “blue” are not the same thing. If you come across an official description or witness statement or FBI document that gives Cooper’s eye color as “blue”, please let me know.

Every official description gives his eye color as “dark brown”, “brown” or “possibly brown”.

I don’t think it’s accurate to state that “they do not know what color his eyes were”.

I'm merely providing insight. If you want to ignore it and look for a guy with brown eyes then have at it.

I know what the FBI description says. I know blue-eyed Sheridan was one of very few people to be DNA tested. And, I have actually talked with those in the FBI who have investigated Norjak and stand by my former statement: The FBI does not know what his eye color was.
