The key on Ckret's post, is that he didn't cite where he got what he claimed.

sure he did...

I spoke with the individual who carried the money from the bank to the airport the night of the hijacking.
I then went back and re-interviewed the bank security manager...

was either William C. Grinnell or Frank J. Burns

slim to none?

heh, you don't understand Cooper mythology, nor the FBI.

I'd say it's the opposite "guaranteed"

Think about the myth of the chutes..i.e. the back rigs, where they came from, "hard pull" etc. All bullshit and reiterated by Ckret. Although I think Ckret was an innocent. Just not well informed.

So you're saying Ckret got the rubber band and random bundle story from the guy who carried the money?

He doesn't say that. He just says he talked to him.

The key on Ckret's post, is that he didn't cite where he got what he claimed.
He even says the bank employee interview was worthless.
It's easy to read Ckret's thing and assume it says something it doesn't say.

Unless there's a secret FBI memo, Ckret just made up a theory, probably reiterating something like Baker said.

The odds that two agents 30 years apart independently made up the same story...  slim to none, IMO.

no odds on Carr possibly reading that article...he posted something from the Oregonian I believe on the DZ...the link doesn't work anymore for the article...

I keep telling you I have never spoken about the random bundles....I'm still on the paper vs rubber thingy...

I understand.
You're saying it's okay to believe half of Ckret's story, when the other half is obviously false.

The only memo I seen so far supporting bands is the one Fly posted....the rest are speculative.

Ckret misunderstood..  He got the story from the Bank employee. He used rubber bands and random sized the "bundles", but TBAR wasn't random sized, he must of random sized the "groups of packets" as a bundle and that can only be done with rubber bands.

NO, please don't put words into my mouth...you are trying to throw everything at once...

we have been discussing the possibility of paper bands on the money...we are not discussing random amounts....at least I'm not...

No, you don't know where Ckret got his story.
You read what he wrote, and decided that implied he got it from the bank employee.
He doesn't say where he got it.

how did he misunderstand them telling him they were not on the money so they wouldn't know where it came from? this is like you telling me tomorrow that I was talking all night with R99?

it doesn't help this matter...he doesn't seem to want to recall something he should of remembered..

Alzheimer's? age can really affect your memory.

He definitely has alzheimers ... and blasto mycosis too! With a hint of histoiplasmosis stage V

He told Tom and Me and Brian where he got it from ---- we waited four days to get it!   What book are you reading?  ;)
