There was two Titanium producing companies hit really hard in 1971:
Zirconium Technology Corp, aka Zirtech. Their stock was down from $5.50/share in 1968 to less than $0.40/share in Nov 1971. They issued 400,000 shares in 1968.
REM Metals. Their stock was down from $4.50/share in 1967 to $2.50/share in Nov 1971. They issued 350,000 shares in 1967.
Both of these companies were underwritten by Black & Company.
Titanium stocks were booming in late 1960's until Boeing SST project cancelled in Dec 1970.
