I believe that Tom Kaye would qualify as a scientist.
"The rubber band testing outlined in other parts of this research place a constraint of
about one year for the bills to become buried on Tena Bar."

... Its the only way to have your cake and eat it too....

One of the linguistic idiodenic (spelling?) patterns that led to the capture of Ted Kaczynski is his use of the ancient form of this saying. He wrote: "Eat you cake and have it, too." Surprisingly, the linguistic experts involved in the case claimed (in the docu at least) that this is preferred form and makes more sense. For some reason, common parlance inverted the saying about 400 years ago.

idiodenic? There is no such word. I think you have this story a little confused ....

I am the one who recommended Tom Kaye to the FBI.

So far as I know Tom never said: 'It seems to me to be well established from the scientific analysis of the money that it was not outdoors for almost 10 years based on the condition.' In fact Tom has always thought the money was deposited at T-Bar in 1971 ?

ok, but

idiodenic? There is no such word. I think you have this story a little confused .... the word you are searching for is "ideo-lect". Idiolect is an individual's distinctive and unique language set, including speech. This unique usage encompasses vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation. Idiolect is the variety of language unique to an individual.

You can look up the history of Ed Psych Measurement testing for yourself.

Yes, I think he is a proponent of the Washougal River idea so that is a bit confusing.   I do not know what to think about the money...I think the important thing is to focus on who the hijacker could have been based on the analysis of the Tie, not what happened to the money at this point.

Just go read the Citizen Sleuths website - the last I knew Tom was not a proponent of the Washougal washdown theory.

Tom Kaye and the Tina Bar Money

When I interviewed Tom in November 2017 for my YouTube broadcast on the Citizen Sleuths, he told me that he had no clear understanding of how the money got to Tina Bar, or when.

There was two Titanium producing companies hit really hard in 1971:

Zirconium Technology Corp, aka Zirtech.  Their stock was down from $5.50/share in 1968 to less than $0.40/share in Nov 1971.  They issued 400,000 shares in 1968.

REM Metals.  Their stock was down from $4.50/share in 1967 to $2.50/share in Nov 1971.  They issued 350,000 shares in 1967.

Both of these companies were underwritten by Black & Company.

Titanium stocks were booming in late 1960's until Boeing SST project cancelled in Dec 1970.

Entirely possible you're looking in the right direction. Whoever your suspect is and whatever theories you may come to about him, I think the most convincing suspects would be : (1 - if you think Cooper died in the jump) someone who went missing at about that time, has not been seen since, and has similar personality/speech components to DBC with a match to the base details of the physical description most agreed upon, approximate age and build. He would also have had no accent the FAs found worthy of note. (2.- If you think he survived) someone with a good knowledge of the specs of at least the military 727; someone sufficiently experienced to dive under the conditions and in the place he did; someone without an airtight alibi for November 24, minimum, depending on how long you think it would have taken him to get out of the woods (by the way, if any suspect you investigate IS Canadian, remember Canadian Thanksgiving is in October); someone familiar with the region enough to recognize Tacoma from the air and how far McChord was from Sea-Tac. Presuming the tie was Cooper's - and no one else has claimed it despite the publicity - it's probably the best piece of physical evidence available. (MISSING CIGARETTE BUTTS -AARRRGHHHH!) And no suspect so far has been entirely without issues, so keep those DBs coming...  8) O0 8) O0 8) 8) 8) O0 O0 O0
